After each visit, you'll receive a detailed report via your preferred method - WhatsApp, email, or both. Reports include high-quality photos, videos when relevant, and detailed notes about your property's condition. You'll receive these within 24 hours of our visit, often same-day.
Yes! If you need an urgent property check (water leaks, storm damage, security concerns), we offer same-day emergency visits. Call or WhatsApp us immediately, and we'll prioritize your property. Emergency services are available 7 days a week.
Absolutely! We don't require long-term contracts. You pay only for the services you need, when you need them. Monthly package clients can cancel with 30 days notice. Our goal is to earn your trust through great service, not trap you in contracts.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and bank transfers. For one-time services, payment is due before the visit. Monthly package clients are billed at the beginning of each month. All transactions are secure and you'll receive detailed invoices.
