Short spec template

For Rock, Paper, Scissors, use the SPEC.md already supplied in your starter. You do not need to create another spec.

For a later project, a plain Markdown file can be this short:

## Next feature

ID: PROJECT-001
Purpose: [Who is this for, and what will it help them do?]
Expected result: [One small capability, described as observable behavior.]

## Examples

- [An important error or repeat action] → [Expected result]

## Agreed plan and limits

[Short plan, decisions, what can wait, and open questions.]

## Work and checks

Issue: [Your real issue URL.]
Implementation: Not implemented.
Checks: Not verified.

Keep the feature ID as behavior changes. GitHub's issue number is separate. When work is complete, replace the last lines with real links and actual check results. See Keep the work visible.
