Legacy Defenders collects information you choose to share so we can respond to inquiries, understand an inherited-home situation, operate the estate workspace, schedule calls or visits, prepare service scopes, coordinate approved work, and keep basic business records.

Information We May Collect

  • contact details such as name, email, phone number, and home location
  • information about the home, belongings, urgency, authority, service needs, and family situation that you choose to provide
  • messages, call notes, visit notes, photos, documents, receipts, scopes, or project records if you later work with us
  • workspace information such as tasks, deadlines, item routes, photo notes, Estate Math inputs, provider approvals, professional-record packets, and notification preferences
  • technical information such as browser, device, pages viewed, referral source, and approximate location when analytics is enabled

Information We Do Not Need For Basic Inventory

For normal workspace, inventory, and Estate Math help, do not submit Social Security numbers, account logins, passwords, PINs, full account numbers, payment card numbers, medical records, or full tax returns. Photos, item descriptions, brand or model numbers, dimensions, condition notes, room location, bills, and approved records are usually enough. We will design forms and workspace tools to block, flag, or redact obvious high-risk identifiers where reasonably possible.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to you, provide requested services, prepare practical plans, operate workspace features, coordinate approved work, keep records, improve the website and future product, protect against misuse, and meet legal or business obligations.

Automated Workspace Support

Legacy Defenders may use automated and technology-assisted tools to help organize messages, photos, documents, item notes, cost categories, tasks, and summaries. Workspace output is informational and should be reviewed by the customer, Legacy Defenders team, and appropriate professionals before important legal, tax, lending, insurance, appraisal, real estate, or licensed trade decisions are made.

Inventory features may use real marketplace sales data where available to estimate item ranges or sale timing. These estimates are not appraisals, tax valuations, sale guarantees, or professional opinions. Customer documents, photos, and messages should not be used to train third-party models unless Legacy Defenders obtains appropriate consent or uses tools configured to protect customer data.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers or professionals when needed to respond to your request, coordinate approved work, operate the website, process forms, keep records, or comply with law. Examples may include email/form tools, storage providers, contractors, cleaners, movers, attorneys, CPAs, lenders, insurers, appraisers, realtors, licensed trades, or other providers you approve or ask us to coordinate.

Cookies And Analytics

Essential site storage may be used to remember cookie preferences and support basic site functions. Analytics is disabled unless accepted through the cookie controls. You can reopen Cookie Preferences from the footer.

Retention

We keep inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, keep business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Security

No website, workspace, automated tool, or email system can promise perfect security. We use reasonable care, limit access where appropriate, and ask that you avoid sending highly sensitive personal, legal, financial, medical, or account information through the public contact form unless specifically requested through a secure process. Payment card details should be handled by a payment processor; Legacy Defenders should not store full card numbers.

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
