Informational Website

The site provides general information about inherited-home coordination, estate-related house work, belongings support, planning examples, worksheets, workspace concepts, technology-assisted organization, and service boundaries. It does not create a client relationship, service agreement, contractor agreement, legal relationship, fiduciary relationship, financing agreement, or professional engagement by itself.

Workspace Tools

Workspace examples, chat concepts, Estate Math models, item estimates, reminders, and scenario comparisons are informational planning tools. They are intended to help families organize facts and questions before decisions are reviewed by the right people.

Workspace Credits And Item Estimates

Legacy Defenders may offer a free first prequalification report without requiring credits. Workspace credits are pay-as-you-go usage credits for optional deeper follow-up features such as report regeneration, deeper House Vision room concepts, photo review, item identification, sold-comps research, listing-prep drafts, sale-timing signals, batch item analysis, and contractor-ready packets. Bonus credits may be offered for short calls, promotions, or planning programs. Credit pack pricing, expiration, refunds, abuse controls, and account rules should be shown before purchase.

Legacy Defenders may use real marketplace sales data and market-rate research where available, but item estimates, House Vision concepts, and restomod estimates are not appraisals, tax valuations, contractor quotes, permits, sale guarantees, auction guarantees, investment advice, or promises that an item or house will sell at a certain price or within a certain time.

Do not submit SSNs, passwords, PINs, full account numbers, payment card numbers, medical records, or full tax returns through public forms or workspace tools unless Legacy Defenders provides a secure professional process that specifically requests them.

Item Handling, Storage, And Vehicles

Any item handling, storage, sale support, shipping, expert review, restoration coordination, insurance option, or estate settlement cycle should be approved in writing. Executor-controlled estate storage is separate from Legacy central processing storage. Sale proceeds belong to the estate after approved fees and pass-through costs. Legacy may help advertise and coordinate a vehicle sale, but the estate remains the seller and Legacy is not acting as a used car dealer.

Examples, ranges, checklists, timelines, project descriptions, workspace outputs, House Vision previews, Estate Math scenarios, sale-support language, and planning language are informational. They do not guarantee results, timelines, financing, sale prices, provider availability, legal outcomes, inheritance outcomes, appraised value, item value, renovation cost, or project costs.
