What This Is
This site is the working hub for the Agentic Business Appliance: a framework for turning a conversation into useful business work.
It is not one normal website. It is a shared workspace for the framework, proof businesses, runtime plans, UX research, and internal operating documents.
The root page is the switchboard. Each project has its own surface so Legacy Defenders, the framework, consulting, Elixir, research, and internal docs can develop without overwriting one another.
How The System Works
The system creates a durable work matter with facts, files, status, and context.
AI helps create a brief, plan, packet, proposal, or report.
People handle judgment, authority, pricing, risk, and final approval.
The core pattern is simple: conversation -> work matter -> artifact -> workflow -> review -> deliverable.
The product should feel conversational to the user, but structured underneath. The system keeps records, routes work, tracks progress, and makes clear when a human or professional should step in.
