Visit terms
Refund, Cancellation, And Visit Credit Terms
Plain-language terms for Estate Math Home Visit scheduling, cancellation, and service credits.
Estate Math Home Visit
The Estate Math Home Visit is a paid planning visit. If the client approves Legacy Defenders services for the same property, the visit fee may be credited toward that approved scope under the written terms confirmed before scheduling.
What The Visit Includes
The visit is intended to help identify property concerns, belongings bottlenecks, likely provider needs, cost categories, authority questions, records to gather, and the next practical decision. It is not a legal opinion, tax plan, appraisal, insurance review, lending approval, home inspection, contractor quote, or real estate listing consultation.
Refunds
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed home visits are not refundable because time, travel, review, and planning work have been performed.
Cancellation And Rescheduling
If a visit must be rescheduled or cancelled, contact us as early as possible. Same-day cancellations, unsafe access, missing authority, lack of access, or conditions that prevent a reasonable visit may affect whether the fee can be credited, refunded, or rescheduled.
Larger Services
Larger services should be approved through a written scope or written confirmation before work begins. Pass-through costs, provider fees, materials, storage, shipping, disposal, licensed trades, attorney fees, CPA fees, lender fees, taxes, filing fees, and marketplace fees are separate unless a written scope says otherwise.
