Agentic Business Appliance
Doctrine, architecture, contracts, patterns, and reusable runtime concepts for turning conversations into reviewed business work.
Agentic Business Appliance Lab
This site is the switchboard for a multi-project build: a reusable AI workflow framework, the Legacy Defenders vertical proof, a default consulting appliance, the Elixir runtime path, and the research that keeps the whole thing humane.
Active projects
Each project is allowed to have its own audience, homepage, navigation, data, and artifacts. The root page stays neutral so the projects do not overwrite each other.
Doctrine, architecture, contracts, patterns, and reusable runtime concepts for turning conversations into reviewed business work.
The inherited-home strategy product: talk to Keith, get a preliminary estate strategy, then drill into money, property, belongings, records, and help.
The lightweight service-business path: QR/referral context, opportunity briefing, proposal workflow, and human follow-up.
The starting backend implementation track for Phoenix/LiveView, SQLite, event ledgers, artifact specs, workflow jobs, and realtime briefing UI.
Personas, think-aloud reports, customer scenarios, and cognitive-load findings used to keep the product useful under grief and pressure.
Founder, pricing, operating, planning, and working documents that inform the projects without becoming public customer navigation.
For humans and LLMs
The root is the lab switchboard. Legacy Defenders is a customer-facing proof. The framework is the reusable architecture. Consulting is the default proof. Elixir is the runtime path. UX research is the evidence layer.
The system brief explains this workspace in site-friendly language. Future agents should also read the system orientation before editing because the same repo currently contains customer pages, framework doctrine, generated output, internal docs, and runtime plans.
