This site is the switchboard for a multi-project build: a reusable AI workflow framework, the Legacy Defenders vertical proof, a default consulting appliance, the Elixir runtime path, and the research that keeps the whole thing humane.

This is not one normal website.

The root is the lab switchboard. Legacy Defenders is a customer-facing proof. The framework is the reusable architecture. Consulting is the default proof. Elixir is the runtime path. UX research is the evidence layer.

The system brief explains this workspace in site-friendly language. Future agents should also read the system orientation before editing because the same repo currently contains customer pages, framework doctrine, generated output, internal docs, and runtime plans.
