AI Platform
How Legacy Defenders becomes a vertical AI operating system for estate and older-home transitions.
This Is Not An Estate Chatbot
Legacy should be presented as an AI company only if the AI does real operating work.
The product is a vertical AI operating system for inherited homes and older-home transitions. It turns photos, belongings, documents, goals, risks, costs, and provider inputs into structured plans, records, scopes, and next actions.
The Core Loop
confused executor -> AI clarity -> human trust -> paid scope -> provider execution -> better financial outcome -> case study -> better AI system
Every customer should improve the machine:
- more room photos and condition patterns
- more item routes and sale/donation/disposal decisions
- more provider costs and timelines
- more renovation outcomes
- more common objections
- more records templates
- better pricing ranges
- better market-entry playbooks
MVP Must-Haves
The first MVP should prove the smallest complete loop:
- Customer starts a free report.
- Customer answers guided questions and uploads safe photos.
- AI produces a useful estate action plan.
- Customer sees Estate Math options.
- Customer buys credits, books a review, or asks for a local plan.
- Care coordinator reviews the case.
- Provider packet or professional packet is generated.
- Work outcome is recorded back into the system.
AI Outputs That Matter
| Output | Why It Matters |
|---|---|
| Estate action report | Gives the customer a first map before asking for money. |
| Estate Math | Compares sell-fast, cleanout, market-ready, rent-ready, restomod, hold, investor, or family-use paths. |
| Item routing | Helps families choose keep, sell, donate, discard, store, ship, deliver, or research. |
| Provider packet | Lets local operators price and execute from photos, assumptions, and scope. |
| Professional packet | Helps attorney, CPA, realtor, appraiser, lender, or investor review the same record. |
| House Vision | Shows possible outcomes from current condition without pretending to be a quote or appraisal. |
Internal Screen Map
These screens should stay inside the product/spec conversation. Customers should see the benefit; the team needs the operating system.
| Area | MVP Screens | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Customer | Intake, AI chat, House Vision, Estate Math, belongings, deadlines, records, report export | Gets the estate onto one screen with the fewest questions possible. |
| Executor / heirs | Executor approvals, heir item view, pickup/shipping choices, notes, item status | Keeps family distribution from becoming scattered texts and resentment. |
| Care coordinator | Call script, sorting notes, memory-item flags, item decision queue, storage review | Turns Rachel-style care into a repeatable workflow. |
| Admin | Lead pipeline, risk dashboard, scope builder, margin tracker, notifications, audit log | Lets Legacy manage many estates without Keith manually remembering everything. |
| Provider | Work order, schedule/access, required photos, quote/change order, invoice/closeout | Lets local partners execute without owning the client relationship. |
| Professional | Attorney/CPA/realtor/appraiser packets, REV-1500 readiness, open questions, records export | Gives professionals clean records instead of scattered messages and invoices. |
Why Capital Might Care
The company becomes more valuable when the workflow is deep, the customer pain is real, and the data loop becomes proprietary. Legacy has the ingredients if we prove:
- AI reduces human intake and coordination time
- customers pay after the free report
- provider scopes are faster and clearer
- each project adds structured data
- the system can launch in more than one market
The risk is becoming a service company with a nice website. The discipline is making every human task become a future software workflow.
