Provider And Contractor Notice

Legacy Defenders may coordinate independent providers, contractors, movers, cleaners, storage providers, licensed trades, real estate professionals, attorneys, CPAs, lenders, insurers, appraisers, or other specialists. Those providers remain responsible for their own licensing, insurance, contracts, pricing, work quality, and legal obligations.

Managed Pricing And Partner Work

For managed projects, Legacy Defenders may gather partner pricing inputs through its general-contractor or project partner review process. The client should see the approved Legacy Defenders scope, price, assumptions, exclusions, and change-order terms rather than a confusing set of raw partner bids. Work may be performed by independent partner providers under the approved scope.

Some providers may be preferred partners, affiliated companies, repeated collaborators, discounted-rate providers, or referral relationships. Any relevant compensation or affiliation should be disclosed before the client approves work. See the Referral And Partner Disclosure.

Pennsylvania Home Improvement And Licensed Work

Pennsylvania home improvement and licensed trade work may require registration, licensing, insurance, written contracts, permits, inspections, or other requirements. Clients should review provider credentials and agreements before authorizing work.

No Automatic Endorsement

A provider referral, coordination role, preferred rate, or repeated relationship does not guarantee outcome, availability, lowest price, licensing status, insurance coverage, or suitability for every project.

Client Approval

Clients or authorized estate representatives should approve scopes, spending, access, and provider work before it begins. Legacy Defenders can help organize scopes, photos, receipts, invoices, and updates so decisions are easier to review.

Provider Workspace Access

If Legacy Defenders gives a provider access to a workspace, work order, photos, documents, schedule, or message thread, that access should be limited to the information needed for the approved job. Provider access should end when the work order closes or when access is no longer needed.

Providers should not reuse, copy, disclose, or publish client photos, documents, addresses, family details, item records, or project information except as required to perform the approved work or comply with law.
